The origin
The idea was simple. Nigerians in the diaspora send tens of thousands of pounds home to build — often with almost zero visibility. Contractor WhatsApp photos, optimistic updates, and bills that may or may not reflect reality.
There was no independent voice between the homeowner and the contractor. No one whose only job was to tell the truth. So we built one.
Landalyst is not a construction company. We don't manage projects, supply materials, or recommend contractors. We are a focused cost intelligence service: we visit the site, verify the actual stage, calculate exactly what the next phase should cost at today's Lagos prices, and deliver a clear, MNIQS qualified report.
