Who we are
Landalyst is operated by Terraglance Limited (RC 8533667), a company registered in Nigeria.
References to “Landalyst”, “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Terraglance Limited. Our team and service providers may operate from Nigeria, Finland, the United Kingdom, and other locations as needed.

What information we collect
When you use our service, we may collect:
- your name, email address, WhatsApp/phone number, and country of residence;
- construction site address and access instructions;
- project-related information you provide, including BoQs, drawings, contractor quotes, invoices, material lists, messages, and photos;
- information about contractors, site contacts, suppliers, or other people involved in your project, where you provide it to us;
- site photographs, location information, and geo-tagged evidence captured during a site visit;
- payment confirmation data from our payment processor;
- communications with us by email, WhatsApp, website forms, or other channels;
- technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and basic website usage data.
We do not store your full card details. Card payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider.
How and why we use your information
We use your information to:
- provide the Landalyst service;
- arrange site visits and coordinate site access;
- prepare reports backed by a Quantity Surveyor;
- review documents, BoQs, drawings, contractor quotes, invoices, and payment requests;
- communicate with you about your order;
- process payments and maintain accounting records;
- improve, secure, and develop our service;
- prevent fraud, misuse, or unauthorised access;
- comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
Legal bases for processing
We process your personal data where we have a lawful basis to do so, including:
- performance of a contract — to provide the service you ordered;
- legal obligations — to keep records required for tax, accounting, compliance, or regulatory purposes;
- legitimate interests — to operate, secure, improve, and protect our service;
- consent — where we ask for consent, such as for optional marketing communications or non-essential cookies.
Information about third parties
You may provide information about contractors, site contacts, suppliers, family members, advisers, or other third parties involved in your project.
By providing this information, you confirm that you have the right or lawful basis to share it with Landalyst for the purpose of delivering the service.
Who we share your information with
We only share information where necessary to deliver, operate, or protect the service. This may include:
- field verifiers and site evidence collectors;
- qualified Quantity Surveyors, consultants, or reviewers;
- payment processors such as Stripe;
- hosting, cloud storage, email, analytics, and communication providers;
- WhatsApp Business or other messaging providers;
- legal, accounting, tax, insurance, or professional advisers;
- regulators, courts, or authorities where legally required.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
International data transfers
Your information may be processed in Nigeria, the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United States, and other countries where our team members or service providers are located.
Where required, we use appropriate safeguards to protect your information, such as contractual safeguards, access controls, and service provider data protection commitments.
How long we keep your data
We keep your information only for as long as reasonably necessary.
Typical retention periods are:
- order and payment records: up to 6 years, for accounting and tax purposes;
- uploaded documents and site photographs: up to 24 months after report delivery;
- reports: up to 24 months after delivery, unless longer retention is needed for legal, accounting, or dispute purposes;
- communication records: as long as needed to support you, maintain business records, or defend legal claims;
- website technical data: according to our analytics and hosting provider settings.
You may request earlier deletion of specific documents, subject to legal, accounting, regulatory, or dispute-related retention requirements.
Your rights
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have rights to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request deletion of your data;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- request a copy of your data in a portable format, where applicable.

Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including secure cloud storage, restricted access, access controls, and confidentiality obligations for team members and service providers.
However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to operate the website, sign you in, and remember your preferences.
With your consent, we also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site.
